If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the item within 30 days of receipt. However, the item returned must be in new, unused and resalable condition inside its original packaging.

Items returned under this policy and in reference to the above stated condition are eligible for a refund or exchange. We will credit you for the total purchase price, upon receipt of the item, less roundtrip shipping costs AND a 20% restocking fee (with a $20 minimum charge). Additional fees may apply if not returned in original packaging. Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense. Returns will be inspected prior to credit given. Please keep in mind, credit card companies vary in the time they post credits to your account. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.

Please email us for further instructions on your return and to receive a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. In the unlikely event that your order is incorrect, missing parts, damaged or defective, please call us within 15 days and we will send you the correct item, replacement item, or replacement parts at no cost to you. However, the item(s) cannot be returned for a full refund (similar return fees, as stated above, will be charged). Our customer service hours are Mon-Fri 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST.

Please keep in mind that once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you refuse an order, it will then fall under our standard return policy, where roundtrip shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

We cannot refund shipping and handling charges unless the return or exchange is a result of an error by us. We will issue a credit to the credit card used for the original purchase. Certain orders can not be returned due to their uniqueness and personalization. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges of products that have been modified.

If you do not have the original packing material, we highly recommend using a UPS or FedEx shipping store to have the item being returned double boxed and securely packed for your protection. We do not issue refunds nor file claims for items being returned in the event of damage due to return shipping.

If your item is problematic due to a manufacturer's defect, we can either replace the defective part, or if absolutely necessary, the entire unit. We stand behind our products and maintain great relationships with the manufacturers who produce them. If you are having an issue, please contact us and we will make every effort to resolve it.
